Pondok Senaru Description

Located north of Lombok, Pondok Senaru Cottages offers sweeping views of Mount Rinjani and the surrounding valley. It features simply furnished rooms with terrace and an on-site restaurant serving local and international dishes. Situated in traditional bungalows, rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower. The terrace or balcony offers views of the Pondok Senaru's landscaped garden. Select rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, TV and a small refrigerator. Pondok Senaru Cottages has a tour desk, where guests can make arrangements for activities such as hiking trips. Luggage storage facilities, room service and car rentals are available. It is a 15-minute drive to Mount Rinjani and a 20-minute drive to Sindang Gila Waterfall from Pondok Senaru Cottages.

Check out time: 12:00 hours. Any extension is subject to prior arrangement + discretion of hotel management.

Day Use Rates: 50% of the above rates up to 18:00 hours, after which is subject to one full day rate.

ROOM OCCUPANCY & CHILD POLICY

Maximum occupation is 2 adults and 1 child OR max. 3 adults in one room. One room could only accommodate one (1) extra bed. An extra-bed request for adult will be charged accordingly. Maximum One (1) child aged below 12 years old using existing bedding - is free of charge - when sharing with adults. A discount of 50% from meals published rate for Children between 5 years to 12 years old is applicable.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellation received TWO week prior to arrival date. 

For cancellation received within TWO week prior to arrival, 1 (one) night will be charged. 

For cancellation received within 72 HOURS prior to arrival, or in the even of no show, 100% from total invoice will be charged. Cancellation should be made in writing.
